Texas Orthopaedic Association (TOA) Leadership Conference
A members-only gathering that unites orthopedic professionals across career stages, from medical students to practicing surgeons and administrators.

Medical students in their second and third years can attend focused sessions about career paths, while residents participate in educational sessions and compete in the Stryker-sponsored Battle of the Bones competition. Practicing surgeons and administrators access workshops on medical practice operations.
The Saturday morning "Managing the Modern Orthopaedic Practice" workshop addresses operational excellence, supported by primary sponsor TMLT. Keynote speaker Michael Suk, MD — who heads the AMA Board of Trustees — brings a leadership perspective to the program.
